Darkness Is Your Ally...
With the EyeClops Night Vision goggles, your child can explore dark environments with advanced infrared technology. Set-up is easy. Simply insert five AA batteries into the battery pack at the back of the head-set, and slide the power switch to turn on the goggles. Once the screen display lights up inside of the right eye-piece, you can fit the goggles to your child's head by adjusting the soft rubber straps around top and sides.

EyeClops Night Vision goggles come equipped with a hinged, flip-up eye-piece that can be opened when the goggles are turned off, or closed when the goggles are in use. Your child can choose between the maximum surveillance mode which emits a barely-visible ring of red LEDs around the eyepiece so they can see up to 50 feet in absolute darkness, or go for the stealth mode to remain completely invisible while they explore the dark landscape immediately around them. A small switch on the side of the goggle head-set allows them to switch from a black-and-white to a green screen display.

Enhance Your Nighttime Stealth Operations
The futuristic design of the durable plastic head-piece adds to the fun of these exciting night vision goggles. Soft rubber molding around the goggles and adjustable straps across the top and sides makes them comfortable and easy to wear.

While the EyeClops Night Vision goggles provide a crisp, clear image of dark landscapes, they should always be used under adult supervision. Because the display screen is small and provides limited peripheral vision, these goggles should only be used in environments that are free of potential tripping hazards. As a nice safety feature, the goggles' handy flip-up eye-piece over the left eye provides immediate access to normal vision if your child becomes disoriented or needs to take a break from viewing through the small display screen located in the right eye-piece.

Durable and lightweight, these fun goggles work so well that you might just find yourself borrowing them from your child so you can have your turn enjoying some super stealth, covert nighttime missions of you own!

4 out of 5 stars The bogeyman   January 1, 2009
Amanda Richards (Georgetown, Guyana)
1 out of 1 found this review helpful

It's fun to be a bogeyman
And creep around at night
Scaring kiddies who've been bad
Under the full moon's light

The problem comes on darker nights
With no moon out to see
The objects lying in my path
That hit my toe and knee

My scream that scares you half to death
Is just a cry of pain
My battered body cannot take
Another bump or sprain

But now all little kids beware
If you know you've been mean
I've got myself this EyeClops thing
And now you WILL be seen

In darkest night, in pitchest black
My goggles on my face
In either black & white, or green
I'll spy around your space

The only problems that I've found
(And problems come in threes)
My range of vision's much too small
To scan about with ease

It's fitted for my right eyeball
But hey, I've got two eyes!
Though there's a flap to please my left
It ruins my disguise

The other thing I've found so far
Is that the power pack
Takes eef-eye-vee-ee batteries
To make my wallet slack

It's rather heavy on my head
Though menacing and scary
And if I'm lurking on the stairs
I must be extra wary

For a toy, it really works
For seeing in the dark
It has its limitations, but
It's certainly a lark

I'll see you if you're sleeping
I'll know if you're awake
And if you've been a naughty child
You'll pay for your mistake

4 out of 5 stars Very cool!   December 30, 2008
mdmom (USA)
I got these for my 11 year old son, who loves tech toys and is a Boy Scout. I figured this would be fun at camp, sleepovers, and just around the house. They do work well, although it's just one eye and a very small window in that. But it's cool, and he really likes it!

1 out of 5 stars Not so durable!   December 29, 2008
Cheryl Angleton (Dixon, Illinois)
I purchased this for my grandson and as soon as he got it out of the box and tried to put it on his head the strp broke. My son in law tried to fix the strap and then the eye pieces started falling aprt. I would never recommend anyone to purchase this product!I had a very sad grandson!

2 out of 5 stars Fun toy but cheaply made   December 29, 2008
S. Daniel (Alabama)
The eye clops was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. The first day he used it the strap holding the eye clops on the head broke. My husband was able to fix it using some wire.

My son and nephew have really enjoyed playing with the eye clops at night.

5 out of 5 stars The only toy asked for-   December 29, 2008
Gala D. Selstrom
This is the only thing my 7 year old Grandson asked Santa for - Grandson is thrilled with them, we adults tried them out too - the clarity, ease of use are EXCELLENT! Gramma Gala
